Payments:

Payments are due at the time of order in full.

Shipping:

Items will be shipped within 10-15 business days of the order date, unless stated otherwise.

At this time, we do not ship internationally. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Once the package is dropped off for shipping, it is out of our control but a tracking number will be provided for your convenience!

If your package does not turn up within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to rectify the situation! However, please be aware that we don’t consider an item ‘lost’ in transit until it has been a full 30 days from the date of shipping and we will not replace an item sooner than this.

Shipping costs do vary, depending on your location and the item that is ordered.

Refunds & Returns:

Rush Orders:

We will try our best to accommodate rush orders, however we will have to charge a fee of $10-$20 depending on the item needed. There will also be additional shipping costs for rush orders.

How to care for your items:

Sublimation cups:

-Do not soak

-Hand wash warm

-Not dishwasher or microwave safe

-Avoid extreme heat or cold

Sublimation shirts:

-Turn inside out & wash in cold water

-Avoid bleach & other harsh chemicals

-Dry on low heat setting
